Living Green Technology offers new and refurbished products that will include a power supply or power cord unless otherwise noted. New products come with original box and will either be notated as “open box” or “new sealed”. Refurbished products are tested and cleaned to look as new as possible. Refurbished products may show signs of use. Our cosmetic grading scale is a follows: “A”: Like new, minimal signs of use. “B”: Signs of use such as small scratches on the outer casing. No scratches or dead pixels on the LCD. Casing shows no major deep scratches or cracks. “C”: Heavy signs of use. Dents or cracks on the casing. Please see notes for detailed cosmetic issues.

For messages sent over the weekend or holiday, we will respond the following business day. Our number one goal is 100% customer satisfaction. Shipping: Orders placed before 2pm PST are shipped same business day. Orders made after 2pm PST will ship next business day. We coverall shipping costs.

Returns: We offer free returns up to 30 days of purchase. If you would like to return your item, simply click the “return this item” link and a free label will be automatically generated. Please note: some items are sold as is / for parts in which returns are not accepted.
