Refurbished products may show signs of use. Our cosmetic grading scale is as follows: "A": Like new, minimal signs of use. "B": Signs of use such as small scratches on the outer casing. No scratches or dead pixels on the LCD. Casing shows no major deep scratches or cracks. "C": Heavy signs of use. Dents or cracks on the casing. Please see notes for detailed cosmetic issues. RETURNS: We offer a 30-day warranty on all products that arrive damaged or defective. If you would like to request a replacement or submit a return request, please contact us directly and we will help you through this process. Return shipping for damaged or defective items is free to the buyer. For products that are ordered by mistake or no longer wanted, the buyer will need to purchase return shipping.
